My approach is integrative, evidence-based, and
trauma-informed. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance
and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT),
Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, allowing us to work
both practically and in depth.
I work collaboratively, tailoring therapy to your unique
needs, strengths, and life context. Together, we can explore challenges such as
emotional regulation, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life
transitions, while building insight and supporting meaningful, sustainable
change.
My work is also relational and developmentally informed,
recognising that our experiences are shaped within relationships, family
systems, and broader social contexts. I take a holistic view of wellbeing,
considering the connection between mind, body, relationships, and environment.
I work primarily with adults and young adults, with a strong
interest in women’s mental health and the transition into parenthood. As a
mother, I bring both clinical expertise and lived understanding to this space.
Clients often describe me as approachable, genuine, and insightful, with a
grounded sense of humour.
